Ripples Open Call

——— THEMES ———

We are products of our environment, shaped by the countless influences that surround us. Our actions, like ripples on the surface of a pond, extend far beyond their initial point of origin. From the habits we adopt to the sayings we share, every interaction leaves an expanding mark on the world. A ripple is transient, but its effects continue in a way that cannot easily be traced back to the source. Ripples dives into the interconnectedness of human experience, unveiling the subtle threads that bind us together.

We invite artists to apply to our annual art call - any photographable medium!

MUSE Digital Art Award – Connecting visionary artistic minds with the latest sustainable technology

MUSE is a digital art award that brings together creative minds with the latest technology to shape innovative solutions to today’s biggest ecological challenges.

The award's exhibition is powered by Philips Tableaux, a display from PPDS using advanced colour ePaper technology to allow a power-free exhibition of the digital artworks. Participating artists in this premiere edition will hence be the first in history to create artwork for a power-free display, and the finalists will be the first artists ever to take part in a zero-consumption digital art exhibition.
